Introducing Our latest team Aged Just 6 and 7 year old playing Their First Season of non competitive football within the TJFA.

Our under 7 age group is always popular and made up from young boys and girls who have attended our Saturday morning session. This mixed team of boys and girls have really impressed and show great, determination and skill during each training session and at every match.

You have to have been aged 6 on the 31st August of the season you start. There is huge interest at this age group and this is our second team at the under 7 age group. If you would like to be involved and you fit the age please come along to our Saturday Morning Session at 10.45am. In addition we are already planning for next seasons under 7 and already have a nucleus of boys and girls currently aged 5/6 who attend our Saturday morning session. Nunthorpe Athetic JFC U7 Yelllow

This mixed under 7 team have been playing a little longer than the blue team, having started last January. They had a fantastic opening season winning a fair play award and the children have continued to develop and improve under the guidance of Phil Strange. They contnue to impress.

A big welcome to our under 8 team who are well into their second season and enjoying some fantastic football and development. Like all our teams formed from our Saturday morning football they continue to improve and have enjoyed a fantastic first half to the season this year. Well done boys and keep up the good work.

Our under 9 yellow team is one of three teams at our under 9 age group. Guided by Jake Allen and jamie grace they are enjoying their football and looking forward to more games This season. Their first season at 7 aside is a new but important stage of their development.

Our longest running team at under 9 age group the Blue team are growing and improving all of the time. Under influence of our parents turned coaches, Michael, ian and David they are progessing fantastically well. Good Luck Blues

Nunthorpe Athetic JFC U9 Oranges

The u9 oranges lead by Liam Doyle was the last of the three under 9 age groups to form and have gone from strength to strength. They were awarded the fair play award last year and each player is improving match by match. Well done boys and keep up the good work

Our under 10 blue coached by chairman Dan Mohan are another of the teams that are enjoying their time at 7 aside football. As they have one eye on 9 aside they maintain consistent performances and enjoy their football. Well done.

The second of our two u10 age group teams, another team that improves by the game. lead by Simon henderson and Lee Wood the team have shown excellent development this season. It is thanks to lee wood that we were able to secure our club sponsorship for our new strips. Thanks Lee

The second of two new all girls teams for this season, a great bunch of girls who have shown some excellent ability and development over their short journey in football. Guided by Josh they are keen and look forward to every match. Well done girls.

Richard Thew the coach of our u11 yellow mixed team, stepped in as a parent and ensured we were able to offer football to this group of players. They have been involved in some exciting games and are looking forward to the remainder of the season.

Anthonly lappin who is coaching the u12 team has seen this team of players grow in confidence and performance. These players plucked from our Saturday morning football club only a year or so ago have really impressed. Well done Anthony and the boys.

One of two newly formed all girls teams our u12 girls have been fantastic. All new starters to organised football they play with enthusiam and effort. Josh their coach is kept on his toes by them but we have seen some excellent matches this season, well done girls.

Our under 14 boys team following on from a successful season last year have maintained their levels of performance. Coached by Lee Mcgee and Paul Mcglynn we are sure this season will finsh as strong as the last. Well done boys

Lead by Michael young another team in their 9th season again with a handful of boys who have represented Nunthorpe throughout their early football years.This team of youngsters has really began to show their true potential. They had a sucessful season last year and have pretty much continued where they left off. Its good to see the boys enjoy a little success so keep it up. Well done Michael and the boys

This is Anthony Lappins second team he coaches as he also looks after the u12 team. The girls playing in the u18 age group despite being u17 have given everything this year.. Its a credit to them and Anthony that despite their lack of numbers they have kept going.
